Najib Bin Ramsa is from the village of Dagat, downstream of the Segama River in Sabah. Graduating from Universiti Malaysia Sabah in 2013, he has a bachelor degree in Hospitality Management. He has been working as the Village Homestay Coordinator since 2016. At the same time, he also worked under Forever Sabah as a Field Coordinator in Kuala Segama, under the Ramsar Community Group 8 (RCG8) project, Lower Kinabatangan Segama Wetlands. Working with Forever Sabah provided an opportunity for him to further deepen his knowledge, enhance his soft-skill and experience that is beneficial to everyone around him.
