Elisna joined Forever Sabah in July 2015, contributing her dedication and passion to the Smallholder Sustainability and Certification project. Coming from a Social Sciences background, her interest is to work with smallholders, helping them to advance their capacity in various parts. While working with communities presented its challenges, she embraced the journey, driven by her commitment to fostering continuous improvement in livelihoods. Planting seeds of inclusivity, she is inspired to lead the smallholder project with determination, motivating others to grow and reach their fullest potential.
