Elisna received her bachelor's degree with honors in social sciences (Geography) from University Malaysia Sabah in 2014. She joined Forever Sabah in July 2015 as a Research Assistant for the Certified Sustainable Palm Oil (CSPO) project. This being her first experience working with communities, she admitted it has many challenges and required a strong mental endurance. Elisna values the leadership of Philip Chin to the CSPO team, and has found that the challenges on the field have become the most useful experiences.
